From battling my own plateaus to dialing in my nutrition, mobility, and recovery, I transformed my approach from “just work harder” to “work smarter, with purpose.” Now I help others do the same. Today, my mission is simple: guide aging and former athletes (and anyone ready for a comeback) toward sustainable strength, better joint health, and a physique they’re proud of, without the burnout.
